Alessandro Volo

Born in Sicily, Italy Ale graduated in electrical and electromechanical engineering and completed three years of mechanics at the Galileo Galilei Institute in Caltanissetta.
When he was 10 years old, he had the wonderful experience of fishing with his grandfather in the Mediterranean. When he moved to Costa Rica, this passion that he had at an early age led him to specialize in sailboats, and he acquired valuable experience working on multiple vessels as a captain in some cases. 
Ale worked on sport fishing boats, which gave him practical fishing skills and knowledge of the ocean. Ale’s aspiration is to become the captain of my ship. In the meantime, he is still learning and growing thanks to the various opportunities that Playgrounds and its team offer him.
