Booking and Cancellation Policy

Half and Full Day Trips

• Deposit of 50% required to confirm reservation
• Remaining balance of 50% is due 14 days before trip
• Reservations cancelled at least 21 days before programmed arrival date will not be penalized
• A charge of 50% of the total reservation applies if cancellation is done between 14-21 days before programmed arrival
• A charge of 100% of the total reservation applies if cancellation is done less than 14 days programmed arrival

Overnight Trips

• Deposit of 50% required to confirm reservation
• Remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days before trip
• Refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required
• Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before programmed arrival date will not be penalized
• A charge of 50% of the total reservation applies if cancellation is done between 21-30 days before programmed arrival
• In the event of cancellation within 30 days from check in date, all amounts paid shall be forfeited unless the yacht can be re-booked, in which case guest shall be charged a twenty-five (25%) percent re-booking fee.
